Prams, Carriers, Car Seats and Baby Accessories

Updated: Feb 28

Uppa Baby Vista 2 - This pram is hands-down the best! It is lighter than most of the bigger prams out there, so easy to open and close. It has a brilliantly large basket underneath, which for any mother is a must-have when out and about. It is satisfyingly smooth when moving, with an excellent turning circle. For the newborn bassinette it is a simple one hand release and for the future it does have the capability of two seats, or bassinette and seat. A 12 out of 10 from us.

Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 i-Size - Carla and Gina used the Maxi-Cosi Pebble for all of the babies, they have now made a 360 spin, so worth it. Buy Here

Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix3 ISOFIX Base

This is the base Gina used with the Pebble car seat - so easy to just clip in and out.

Silver Cross | Pop Pushchair - This is a great affordable alternative to the "full bells and whistles" pushchairs. This has been a fantatsic travel puishchair for our children. It is very sturdy and has a good size basket for your additional bits and bobs. It is not the lightest of the travel pushchairs out there, or the smallest, but it lies flat and the UPF50+ hood completely covers the baby when napping. We would add a lambskin comforter for extra cooling/heating for the perfect baby travel pushchair! Buy Here

Silver Cross | Clic Compact Pushchair - This is the cabin suitable pushchair Carla has purchased. It is very light, easily foldable and fits nicely in the overhead compartment of the plane. It seems to be the more affordable of the cabin pushchairs out there. Some things that you should consider, it has only a small under basket for your additional items and the wheels are not all terrain. It is a very nice pushchair however and seriously good for those times when space is tight. Buy Here

BabyBjörn Baby Carrier Mini - This is the baby carrier we used for our newborns. So handy for those hand-free moments, and little strolls. Very easy to put on and lightweight. Well worth the investment.

BabyBjörn Bouncer Bliss - This is a fantastic investment for handsfree time. It is soft and even a newborn feels supported in it, with a better view than a basinette or moses basket! As they grow you can get attachements with toys to grab. Also lies flat so great for travelling. Lasted through both kids and now passed on to Carla's nephew. Gina also bought one for Eddie. Well worth the investment.

Tiny Love Black & White Gymini - The black and white colouring is great for newborns and as they grow there are some excellent toys and rattles for them to engage with. The bottom is cushioned so more comfortable for your little one. All-in-all a great playmat, both Gina and Carla used this for their little ones.

Fisher-Price Jumperoo - This was one of Carla's babies favourite things. We would recommend the Fisher-price range as we found the seats more supportive than other brands, and we tried a few!! This will get you some well earned hands-free time, just think you could have a cup of tea, go to the loo or just lie down (in the same room obviously).

Venture All Stars Joy Baby Playpen - This is fantastic if your little one is beginning to venture around. Also not huge so fits well in smaller spaces. During covid, Carla would take this into the garden and fill it with toys, keeping Austin contained whilst still getting some fresh air. It's really simple to put up and down, so low maintenance and stores well in a utility room, or under-the-stairs cupboard. Buy Here

SmarTrike SmartFold 600 - Now this is a little more expensive for a trike, and you can find some great affordable ones out there, but this is the trike Carla used for Austin. It was used everyday during covid for their walks through a forest. It is all terrain, it folds down for your car, has a handy bag for storage and cup holders. It was well worth the investment and caters for babies to toddlers. It never broke for Carla, just Austin out grew it. Buy Here
