Water Wipes - Carla is an advocate for the water wipe. They don’t have a fragrance and tend to be moist (unless you leave the packet open by accident!). Remember if you are buying online to compare with the large supermarkets to make sure you are getting the right deal. Buy Here
Sudocrem - Under Bum Cream in the Checklist. This is a classic all rounder and a must have for your baby set up
Gina's favourite Bum Cream! Works on even the most sorest looking nappy rash. Poor babies
Anything Aveeno is alright by us. This is a baby moisturiser for sensitive skin and suitable for newborns. Always check the labels for what age you can use a moisturiser.
NoseFrida Snot Sucker - This is gross but so satisfying. It is amazingly helpful if your little one is congested to give them some relief. Trick is to team it with an infant/newborn saline nasal spray to loosen the snot. Obviously always follow the dosage guidelines for the nasal spray.
Snoot snot sucker - This is again a snot sucker, but tried and tested. This comes with a handy travel case as well.
This is the best nasal spray! you can get it from Boots or online. If your baby has a blocked nose or is congested, this is our go to nasal spray.
Ear Thermometer - It is always good to have a thermometer to hand. This is the one that we have used for all our children. It has handy age ranges, with colour display for the relevant readings, making it very easy to read. It has been consistent for us over the years and we would highly recommend. You can also get a travel case for it, and Carla will always have it in her baby bag wherever she goes. Please be aware, there are several types of thermometer, so we would recommend understanding the NHS guidance around the use of thermometers. Buy Here
Bath Thermometer - You can just check the temp the old fashioned way, but if you are nervous and want to be sure a bath thermometer can be useful. There are loads out there but this is the one we have used for all our babies.
Shnuggle Baby Bath - Carla has loved this bath, it is small so it can fit in a sink, you can get stands for the bath to rest on so that you don't have to bend over!
Silicone Bibs Keababies - Fantastic bibs, they stay open which is not always the case with these bibs. A solid stain repellant!
Bibado Bibs. These in our opinion are the best in the business for full body coverage, useful when your baby is eating anything remotely sloppy.
